I am a seasoned consultant with two decades of experience in nonprofit management, independent consulting, and philanthropy. I specialize in change management, organizational transitions, and culture building; delving deep into organizations to foster strategic direction, compliance structures, and people strategies that raise culture, efficiency, and productivity. My consulting style is marked by an enterprise leadership perspective and a unique ability to seamlessly blend into an organization's culture.
